A place where Autumn excels
Located on the western edge of Sheffield, Wyming Brook Nature Reserve is a very popular wood amongst walkers, runners and cyclists. Filled with mossy crags and babbling streams, this wood makes for a wonderful walk all year round.
Although, it is quite more spectacular (for me) in Autumn. This was my first visit after so many months of wanting to go but never actually getting round to do it. My wife and I had a great time there, even after getting a bit lost in the adjacent wood of Fox Hagg, both part of The Wildlife Trust for Sheffield and Rotherham – Wyming Brook
